Google Calendar API: GoogleログインはmacOSではGoogle Sign-In SDK、iOSではOAuth PKCEを使用します。

Calendar Base (Cal Base) lets users switch between Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Notion databases to manage events. It also supports importing events from compatible PDFs into the selected destination. This policy explains the information handled by the app and where it is stored.
01 / ON DEVICE
The app handles PDFs selected for scanning, event information read from those PDFs, event definitions, display preferences, destination settings, and a history of event registrations and deletions.
02 / ICLOUD
iCloud sync is off by default for new installations. When enabled, syncable app settings, saved PDFs, and operation history are stored in the user's private iCloud storage provided by Apple and shared between syncing devices using the same Apple Account. Operation history includes details of the affected events.
03 / EXTERNAL SERVICES
Information from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Notion is handled when the user connects to a service or fetches or registers information.
When a user selects a service and destination, the app exchanges information with that service in response to user actions. If background refresh is enabled, the app requests automatic updates based on the selected interval, but actual timing may vary with the device, OS, and system scheduling. Calendar information may also be fetched to update widgets. Event creation, editing, and deletion occur when the user requests them in the app.
Google Calendar API: Google sign-in uses the Google Sign-In SDK on macOS and OAuth with PKCE on iOS. The macOS Google consent screen may display basic Google Account information such as name, email address, and profile photo, but Cal Base does not retrieve or store profile information through Google APIs. Access and refresh tokens are stored in the device's Keychain. The OAuth grant allows Calendar Base to list calendars available to the Google Account and to view and edit events across the calendars that account can access; it is not limited to one calendar ID. Calendar Base lists writable calendars so the user can choose a destination and normally fetches and displays events from the currently selected calendar. It creates, edits, or deletes events there only when the user requests those actions. If Google holiday display is enabled, events from the holiday calendar are also fetched for display.
Google user data is used only to provide calendar features requested by the user and is not used for advertising. The app's use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Recipients and sharing of Google user data: Information needed for OAuth sign-in, calendar-list and event retrieval, and user-requested event creation, editing, or deletion (OAuth tokens, calendar information, and event titles, dates and times, descriptions, locations, URLs, and similar fields) is sent directly from the device to Google LLC's OAuth services and Google Calendar API over HTTPS/TLS. It does not pass through a developer-operated server. Cal Base does not send Google user data to Cloudflare Worker, advertising or analytics providers, and the developer does not access it. OAuth tokens and the full calendar display cache are not synced to iCloud. If the user enables iCloud sync, operation history for Google event registrations and deletions, including event details and identifiers, destination settings, action times, results, and error details, is sent to the user’s private iCloud storage provided by Apple so the user can review it across devices. When an iPhone is used with a paired Apple Watch, event titles, dates and times, details, and display metadata needed for widget and calendar views are transferred to and stored on that Watch through Apple WatchConnectivity. This is device-to-device sharing to provide the Watch calendar features.
Protection and retention: Authentication and API traffic with Google uses HTTPS/TLS. OAuth tokens are stored in Apple Keychain with the operating system's access controls. Retrieved events are stored in an on-device app container as a display cache and excluded from backups. The app runs in the macOS App Sandbox; on iOS, this cache uses file protection until the first user authentication. Data shared between the app and its widget is stored under Apple's App Group access controls. The app refreshes the event cache and deletes old cached data after 30 days. When the user disconnects Google, the app requests access revocation from Google and deletes the OAuth tokens stored on the device regardless of the revocation result. If revocation could not be confirmed, the user can also remove Calendar Base's access in their Google Account security settings.
Notion connects through OAuth, and users choose a destination from databases they allowed on Notion's authorization screen. Authorization-code exchange and refresh-token renewal pass through a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker stores the Notion client secret as a Worker Secret and sends authentication details to Notion's API. During initial connection, the token response is temporarily stored for one-time delivery. The ticket can be used once; after 10 minutes it can no longer be redeemed, and cleanup deletes the stored response. Notion access and refresh tokens and the workspace name and ID are stored in the device's Keychain. Database and event content is sent between the device and Notion API, not to or stored by the Worker. The Worker code does not log tokens or event content. Disconnecting in the app deletes tokens on the device; to revoke Notion-side access too, remove Calendar Base from Notion settings.
Notion's authorization screen may ask for permission to view workspace users' names and email addresses. Cal Base does not retrieve, use, or store this profile information through the API.
Cloudflare Worker is used to relay Notion OAuth requests. Cloudflare's infrastructure may process technical information needed for network requests, such as IP addresses. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Scanned PDFs, event definitions, destination settings, calendar display caches, and registration/deletion history are stored on the device. iCloud sync is off by default for new installations. When enabled, syncable app settings, saved PDFs, and operation history are stored in the user’s private iCloud storage provided by Apple. History syncs when it changes between devices using the same Apple Account with iCloud Sync enabled. Devices using a different Apple Account do not share history. The connection service is selected separately on each device; the full calendar display cache and OAuth tokens are not synced through iCloud.
Turning sync off leaves existing iCloud data and local data in place. To delete all synced data in iCloud, turn sync off, then choose Settings > General > Sync Data Options > Delete iCloud Sync Data. This deletes synced records such as settings, saved PDFs, and operation history from iCloud, while retaining settings, PDFs, and history on this device. If sync is enabled again, data remaining on the device may be uploaded to iCloud again. The app reports if deletion could not be completed.
Widget event snapshots are stored in a local area shared with the widget; on iPhone, display data is sent to a paired Apple Watch and stored on the Watch. Notion OAuth credentials pass through a Cloudflare Worker, but event and database content is not sent to or stored by the Worker.
History is stored so users can review event registrations and deletions performed in the app and their results. It may include action times, destination services and settings (such as calendar or database identifiers and property mappings), event identifiers, entered event details such as titles, dates and times, notes, locations, URLs, tags and additional properties, and results and error details. Authentication tokens are not included. When iCloud sync is enabled, this history is sent to the user’s private iCloud storage provided by Apple and shared only with devices using the same Apple Account with iCloud Sync enabled. Devices using a different Apple Account do not share it. History is not sent to a developer-operated server or advertising or analytics providers.
Local and synced history is limited to 50 recent actions and 1,000 event results in total, with older entries removed as needed. This is separate from the 30-day retention of the display cache. Clear history in Settings > General > Action History > Clear History. When iCloud sync is enabled, clearing history also applies to iCloud and other syncing devices. A device with sync turned off retains its history until it is cleared on that device or sync is enabled again.
Clearing history does not change or delete events in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Notion. History records past actions and does not guarantee the current state of events in the destination service.
The app does not use PDFs or calendar contents selected by the user for advertising. Each calendar service's policies also apply to its services and the information stored there.
The app is intended to assist with event management. It does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of PDF extraction or calendar information, or uninterrupted availability. Review details before confirming an event creation, edit, or deletion. Changes or outages affecting external services, network conditions, or device or OS state may make features unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for unavailability or information differences caused by external service outages or changes, or network failures beyond the developer's reasonable control. This notice does not exclude liability or limit user rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
